Mom to Emilyn and Hailey (our 20 week angels) and Elim (our 38 week, full term miracle)!

Liz: Sounds like someone didn't go check out the location before choosing it for the walk. Aww, your poor tulip

Lindsay: Bummer, but sounds like a good plan for getting rid of her.

Lauren: Woohoo for a no effort cleaning fairy!

Donna: HAHA! I've totally done that too, thought I was cooking chili and it was really spaghetti sauce, always a let down.

I've got balsamic chicken in the crock pot and banana pudding in the fridge for ladies night tonight! All I gotta do is slice up some veggies for a colorful veggie saute and break off the ends of asparagus to saute and I'll be done! Love crock pot meals for this, means I'm less stressed in the end. Man, Elim is still napping, this never happens! At least he'll be in a good mood tonight instead of a little tooter butt.

Donna S - Apr 24, 2012 8:58 pm (#182 Total: 259)

Mom to Ryley, 26 weeker, Grace and Ethan, full-termers

Stacy - It's just those kind of nights that make me love my crock pot even more. Can I come to dinner at your house? Spaghetti here tonight - lol.

stacyat - Apr 24, 2012 9:09 pm (#183 Total: 259)

Mom to Emilyn and Hailey (our 20 week angels) and Elim (our 38 week, full term miracle)!

Come on over! We'll have plenty! I've got 6 chicken breasts in there and only expecting three to come, maybe four so we've got room for more!

Awesome. I'm on my way! Hahahahahahaha

Mom to Donovyn (32 weeker), Tristyn (34 weeker), and Naethyn (30 weeker born sleeping)

Donna: Wasn't it?! That's such a nice song:) I bet there were a lot of tears from the guests.

Stacy: Yum! Sounds good! What time is it where you are? You're probably getting ready to eat that yummy meal.

Lauren: Yay, it's on its way! Yeah, we'll just have to wait and see. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of in-home clinicians who are willing to drive to my area. Originally, I had something set up to go to the clinic in Feb, but we got cancelled twice. There are SLPs, but for the same hourly rate, I do want someone with a degree.

Lindsay - There were tears. I'm just so glad they weren't mine. I was staring straight at my sister and Daddy as they walked down the aisle. But no tears. I saved those for the Daddy/daughter dance. So frustrating on the in-homes. Grrrrr. Trying to figure out a social group for E for during the Summer. I don't want him to lose what he's gained the past couple of months. I'd want someone with a degree too.

A moment in our arms, a lifetime in our hearts.

Donna- The Autism Group (TAG), they're in San Diego- I've heard good things. That stinks about the Chili!

Lindsay- I always want to put you in Cali because of the shirt you got from Micah, but you're in AZ right? I have a colleague that is there, I'd be glad to give you her info, maybe she has some recommendations...

Stacy- Ooooh that sounds good. I want that recipe!

Laura- Sending sunshine vibes!

Off to check the UPS tracking.... I'm so excited!

You've sent me their link, right Lauren? I have it, I just haven't researched or connected yet. Guess with 6 1/2 weeks of school to go, I'd best get on that, huh? Thanks!!!

It's on the UPS truck for delivery! Too bad I'll be at the office today! Lance works nights so he'll get to play with it first. Booo! Reframe... might come home to a robot cleaning my house!

lvazquez - Apr 25, 2012 6:49 pm (#193 Total: 259)

Mom to Donovyn (32 weeker), Tristyn (34 weeker), and Naethyn (30 weeker born sleeping)

Donna - I hear you. I'm looking for a camp or something for Mr. T. It isn't easy is it?

Lauren - You can put me in Cali! It will always be "home" for me. We visit often and it's where we go to get away. Sure, send me her contact info./e-mail. I am also checking out a few other places. I'm hoping there's a college student out there who needs hours.

On top of the ALTCS approval waiting game, speech clinicians, and shady beforeschool care programs, I'm trying to decide whose waiting list to be on next. A developmental pediatrician wants us to do some testing and we're okay with that, but I have to decide if I'm going to go with CARE or Phx. Children's. Urgh . . . OMG CARE is so expensive, but the other has a longer wait list.

Arnara - Apr 25, 2012 7:08 pm (#194 Total: 259)

Stacy: That chicken and banana pudding sound delicious...... specially to me since I am on diet.... yes Katie inspired me, hope to lose at least 10 pounds.... but is killing me..... why it is that when you are on diet you have social engagements which means eating...

Katie: so sorry about Alex teacher, I have been dealing with horrible S teachers the last 4 years, and it is a very uncomfortable situation.... but you have to defend your kids..... good luck, hope next school year Alex has an awesome teacher.......

Liz: good luck in your Bible course.....

Donna: oh yes you have to come to SU, already 25 years of graduation?? must be interesting to see all ....we, some school friends, have been gathering since last year and it has been fun to meet again.....I don't know that song....too funny about the sauce..... oh chili, yummy....

Tracy: I forgot to comment that I hope you had a nice time at the concert..... I took the boys to school concert, I was not willing to go, but It was great, since the group was famous in my school years, I didn't know the singer graduated from S school, so it was like a remembrance to school years..... I had fun.....

Lauren: You will make us all envy your clean up house by a robot.... almost like a fairy..... tell us about it......

Shannon: sorry about your tooth.... I have to visit the dentist but I am sooo chicken......

Lindsay: Here also it is too hot......100, but we had some rain in the afternoons...... So sorry about your sale garage......

Please stop talking about food, who mention the brownies and the cookies??? with my diet situation I would had bought them all.....
This Saturday it is my nieces wedding..... and I can't find a dress... the ones I like are so expensive, seems like I will have to decide soon....
A friend brought me miss V flower girl dress, it is so gorgeous, not with that store on line, I couldn't buy it, not even my friend that lives in US...... thankfully they retired the charges on my credit card.....
Today was V school picture..... we have been practicing her photo smile.....so funny that girl..... I have been worrying for her, I have notice that she doesn't defend herself from kids agression, and she cries low, I have never been in this situation, with S was the other way around, kids were scare of him, I sent a note to the teacher, to ask her to please put an eye on her.... thank goodness teachers love her.....

Happy Wednesday...... We have a long WE since next Tuesday is labor day, so no school on Monday and Tuesday.....

Lorena

Mom to Emilyn and Hailey (our 20 week angels) and Elim (our 38 week, full term miracle)!

Lauren: Didja get it yet?!

Lindsay: What's the difference in the wait list? Weeks? Months difference? Ugh, sounds so overwhelming! I know you'll come to the right decision though because you're an awesome momma!

Lorena: Oooh, you're on a tight deadline to find a dress!! So glad they got that credit card mess all sorted out.

Here's the recipe for balsamic chicken, it was so delicious served over bowtie pasta!
http://crockingirls.com/recipes/main-dish/chicken/balsamic-chicken.html

Oh Mr. Elim man decided to make a toy out of my computer and pull it off the couch resulting in a static screen like when you change the tv to a channel that has nothing on it. Luckily a restart fixed it right up, scared me!!

We're having a cookout on Saturday with Kalua Pork and stuff....one of the guys asked if you make it with the liquor. Um, no guess that's what happens when you don't live on an island anymore!

Stacy- Oooooh ummy sounding. Plenty of left overs for tonights dinner... but maybe manana...

Ladies, I'm sold. It's awesome!

KHolley - Apr 26, 2012 1:08 pm (#200 Total: 259)

Lauren-I so want one!!!!

Lorena-I hope that you are able to find a dress! I bet that Miss V's school pictures are going to be adorable!

Lindsay-I hate waiting lists! Good luck with the decision!

We signed Alex up for summer camp at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, yep, where Winter the Dolphin lives! She will get to learn about sea turtles and every day they go to an island to look at the sea turtles nests and snorkel. She will receive a mask, snorkel, towel, bag with Winter on it and un underwater camera! She is so excited, plus she will get to see Winter everyday!!! Next year she is old enough to actually go to Dolphin camp where they learn to train them!!!!!

Lauren: Woohoo!! What's it gonna do when Micah starts wanting to play with legos and stuff that all have itty bitty parts?

Katie: That sounds so cool! You wanna adopt me? Elim comes as part of the deal

Ugh....not feeling so hot today. I was supposed to meet my mom for lunch but I don't think my tummy would be all for that. I woke up nauseous and drank some water and had some peanut butter crackers because I was kinda shaky and needed something of substance and my stomach is doing flips. Wonder if Elim's got it too because he wasn't really interested in eating breakfast.
