I hope that you're able to enjoy your last few weeks of summer! We're already back to school by a week and I sure wish that we had a few more weeks of "summer"!

Hey there pretty lady! You are absolutely correct, a mother shouldnt have to worry about such things. Kids are the cruelest people walking the face of the earth.

I hope that you are able to enjoy a bit of the summer even it is doing absolutely nothing. Sometimes that is the best thing to do.

Sadly, it sounds like Luke's reached that age where judgements fly. My neighbors son is going into 5th grade and I watch how mean the kids are to each other at that age and it makes me cringe. Ugh... so much cruelty in adolescence.

Luke's a great kid and this time in his life won't define him, so just tell him to grin and bear it. At some point in the future, people learn to look more at *who* the person is than how they appear. That's when his success will come shining through.

This brought tears to my eyes. Luke is an amazing kid. Kids are cruel and mean and I hate the you have to worry about that. Sending you a million hugs! I love you Page!

Page-That just broke my heart to read that. I hope that he is able to find a close few friends that he can rely on.

Oh, sweetie...how I wish kids weren't that way, and you didn't have to worry about it...
Kids can be so cruel as they're growing up.
I hope you enjoy your last few weeks of summer! I know I'm trying to, too!
