Re: April 17th Rockefeller Center

Come meet Julien and I at Rockefeller Center!

We’re asking our WalkAmerica National Sponsors and Teams and our ShareYourStory community in the tri-state area to help us gather approximately 50 new mothers, fathers and babies to join us as we descend upon the #1 rated national morning show in television. Our goal is to speak with one of the program’s hosts about WalkAmerica and the importance of raising money and awareness for our cause.

When April 17, 2007

Arrive at Rockefeller Center at 6am

End Time 9am

Where 30 Rockefeller Plaza, intersection of 48th & 49th Street, on the East side of the Plaza.

Dress We will distribute pink and blue baseball caps and WalkAmerica t-shirts on-site. Teams should wear their t-shirt. Remember that this is an outdoor event and it is usually chilly in mid-town at 6am. We’ll be wearing T-shirts over jackets and sweaters. Bring gloves.

Food Bagels and juice will be provided upon arrival. Coffee is available nearby.

RSVP to my colleague, Robert Aglione at raglione@marchofdimes.com

HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

    James--
Arrival time is 6AM..ughh. I would be taking like a 430AM train from Trenton, NJ. I will have to check their schedules to see if there are even trains that early. Is anyone else from Share planning on being there? Is there anyone from the tri-state area?

Thanks James. I guess I should have written a bit more about it when I asked the question. I would like to attend. I need to know what my husbands work schedule is like first for that day (his hours are all over the place) If he isnt working that morning or overnight the night before, we will be there. It would be nice to meet some people from share.
