Izabella was born May 29th, 2011, she weighed 1lb 6ounces. She passed away June 9th, 2011. Miss her so much. Words cannot describe the many different feelings i have. But here is what happened.
I went in to the ER because my feet where extremly swollen, and as i sat there waiting, i was laughing and saying that it was a waste of time that swollen feet were normal when your pregnant. Oh i was so wrong, it turned out that i had severe hypertensia...my blood pressure was 199/105, the ER doctor said i would have to be transferred to UAMS in LR, that i could not wait any longer. My world was turned upside down!
As i arrived in LR the doctors said that they would monitor me to see if they could bring my blood pressure down....well it did'nt work. After 2 days of waiting and monitoring, they decided to do a C-Section. My Izabella was born, but with lots of complications. She had blood in her brain, her stomach was turning black and she had trouble breething. She was so tiny and fragile! I was not able to hold her. For days the doctors tried everything they could and somedays they would give me hopes but other days they tried to prepare me for the worst. finally on the 9th day she started to get seizures and was transferred to Childrens Hospital. After many tests the doctors said that their was nothing more they could do.....and that i had to make a decision.............
I only got hold my Bella for a couple of hours , she only opened one eye as if to acknowledge that she knew we did everything possible to keep her here with us.............
I miss my little girl and would have hoped that God allowed her to stay with us, but only he knows why and i cannot argue. I only hope that someday i will see her in heaven.....
LOVE YOU MY BEAUTIFUL IZABELLA......
